We are currently operating under Phase 3, per Governor Cooper! Read on to learn more of what this means for you:

Keeping you safe
Your safety and the safety of our stylists and staff are extremely important. To create a clean, sanitary environment, we’ve invested in the following changes to how the salon works:

  • We have installed a Synexis Microbial Reduction System into our salon, which purifies the air and has been proven to be effective against both surface and airborne contaminants such as viruses, bacteria, and mold.  This is the same system found in many doctors’ offices and hospitals across the country.  If you would like to obtain more information about this system, please visit their website at synexis.com.
  • Our strict sanitation routine will continue to be enforced and must be maintained during all business hours.  We are also implementing a few new protocols for all staff and clients, some of which include: temperature checks for everyone entering the salon, using a touchless thermometer, as well as face masks being required by everyone within the salon (if you forget yours, we will have some available for a small fee so you do not have to miss your appointment).  We ask that all clients use a face mask that loops around the ears as to not interfere with your haircut or color service.
  • Each of our stylists, as well as the entire salon, has been certified as a Barbicide Certified Safe Establishment.
  • We have built a new outdoor seating area to promote social distancing and to reduce the number of people within the salon.
  • A touchless faucet and soap dispenser have been installed in the bathroom to reduce the amount of physical contact that is required by clients and staff.
  • Screens have been placed between shampoo bowls in areas where people may find themselves close to other clients and staff.
  • A sanitation station is in place for all team members to use in the presence of all clients to reassure that sanitation practices are being followed by all of our staff.
  • Touchless payment options are in place for you to use when checking out at the front desk.
  • Under “Phase 3”, we will continue working with a “half-staff” protocol to reduce the number of people in the salon.  This means that clients will be required to come alone to their appointment inside the salon.  Any guests not receiving service will be asked to wait outside or in their vehicles.  Please refrain from bringing children to the salon while we are in Phase 3 as a protection for other clients as well as for your own child.  As we move past Phase 3, the salon will be able to become more accommodating to children accompanying parents as well as receiving services.
  • We have removed all general “touchable” items in the salon such as magazines, product testers, etc.  We will also have a limited amount of refreshments available at this time to reduce common use items.
  • Safety waivers are in place for all clients to sign before receiving service.
  • We have hand sanitizer in place throughout the salon for use by staff and clients who prefer to use sanitizer.
  • Our cancellation policy has bben waived at this time for any client that feels they might have symptoms and needs to cancel their appointment.  We will be happy to reschedule your appointment as soon as you are feeling better.
  • Additional time is being added to all appointments to ensure proper time to sanitize and prepare the area for your appointment.
