NEW GUEST

We require a Color Consultation for any new guest interested in a Color Service. We require a 50% deposit** at the time of booking for any appointment that is three or more hours long, or more than $300 (including keratin treatments).

**Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is canceled a minimum of 3 days before the scheduled appointment time. If the appointment is canceled within 3 days of the scheduled time, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. In the case of a No-Show, the deposit will not be refunded, and an additional deposit will be required in order to rebook.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

We understand that life events may keep you from attending your scheduled appointment. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Excluding emergency situations, any cancellation or reschedule that occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is subject to a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

We provide email and text appointment confirmations four days before your appointment date, and confirmation calls two days prior.

NO SHOW

No-Shows are hard on a stylist’s livelihood and the salon as a whole. For that reason, we require that all No-Shows are subject to a 50% scheduled service fee. This fee must be paid in order to book any future appointments at Sky Parlor Salon.

LATE ARRIVAL

We kindly ask that you respect our stylists and our other guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

REFUND POLICY

Retail – We stand behind our hair care products and are proud to have them as our partners. However, if you are not happy with your purchase within 14 days, you can return it for credit towards another product.

Service – All hair salon services are non-refundable. However, we will schedule a complimentary corrective service if a mistake was made by one of our stylists. We understand that miscommunications can occur, but changing your mind about a specific style, color, cut, or service provided after the service has been performed will not be accepted as a complimentary corrective service. Corrective services will not be allowed 14 days past initial service date.

ONLINE BOOKING

We offer guests the ability to book with us via phone, email, or text. You can reach us to book online by using the “Request Appointment” button on the top right of the screen. Our online booking system puts you in virtual contact with our staff; it is not automated, as that is our way of ensuring that appointments are booked correctly for the benefit of both you and your stylist.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept all forms of payment including cash, checks, debit cards, and credit cards (with a small additional service fee of 3.5% applied for credit cards ONLY). We also have envelopes available to leave cash gratuity.
